Sport's Day Fun
8th June 2018
The weather stayed fine, and even warmed up, for Newlyn School's Sport's Day. The whole school took part in the mixed age team games, taking part in eight different activities. This was the chance for some healthy competition, yet giving the older ones the opportunity to assist the younger ones. There are a lot of very kind children at Newlyn. Then afterwards, the children took part in the sprint finals in front of the parents.
It was a lovely, fun afternoon that finished with stickers for the winners and ice lollies for everyone.
A big THANK YOU to Mr Hyde for organizing.
